My insurance sent me to this place and WHAT A JOKE! I have gotten better eye exams at the Mall for a thrid of the price. They charged me $76 on top of insurance for a basic exam, which they only did the refraction portion of. The doctor did not even do the medical part, when you shine the lights and look in the eyes. Then, he charged for a full "contact lens fitting" when he did not even have me put my contacts in during the exam and complete an examination with them in. The contacts are the same ones, and same prescription, I have used for years. So he didn't do the medical portion of the exam, he didn't do an ACTUAL contact lens exam or even check the fitting of the existing lens, I tried to find out about trying another brand and he just blew me off and would not even discuss it, and he was an hour late starting the appointment on top of that. Then when I tried to discuss base curve and diameter for fit, to see if something might be more comfortable, he said that didn't really mean anything, contacts are like shoes, it doesn't matter the specifications they all fit different. Place is a total rip-off. If you want a mediocre exam where they are basically just selling prescriptions, not doing real exams, go to Walmart of $30 instead.
