I chose one star for this hospital because they did not put in the paperwork that if I no longer have the dogThat they will still charge me after they are no longer getting their shots and if I gave my dog away or sold it that whoever has the dog cannot take them to get their shots and that I would still be held accountable for paying monthly on top of what I've already paid so when they say they have a good deal it's really not a good deal because they charge extra fees on top of what you've already paid. So I stopped taking my dogs there and they put it on my credit. And if you have any emergency you can bring your dog there you just have to pay for everything else which is not worth the amount of money they're charging for the vaccinations. If I would've known that they charge all these extra hidden fees I would never had gone to them now they lowered my credit score because they put it on my credit.
