The one star is purely for the somewhat friendliness of the staff. Otherwise I have spent my last $8 at this location. I've been into this location 6 times in the last 3 weeks. I like bagels. I get the same thing every time. Applewood Bacon & Cheddar on 6 cheese. ADD PLAIN SHMEAR. The best part is my sandwich is always good, I just NEVER get my shmear. It's the darnedest thing. I went through the drive thru today and surprise surprise, no shmear. Unbuckled my 18 month old to go in and complain. Both managers looked at me with my bag and receipt in hand standing in line and left their employee to help me. I work in the food industry, it is obvious when someone is upset over the service they've been given. To walk away is less than respectable.
