All my previous experiences for 7 YEARS have been extremely pleasant. Today, I arrived 3 hours late. My fault. Extremely long line. Also understandable. 7 agents behind the desk, great. Line is moving.
Here's the reason behind the 1-Star rating. The old lady had THE NERVE to BLATANTLY lie to my face. In a failed attempt to raise her commission, she informs me that the car I reserved has NO USB port and the air conditioning only cools to 100° degrees because it's a small car. Bullshit of a Lifetime. Not only did my rental car have impeccable air conditioning, it had 2 USB ports & 2 cigarette ports. WTF???? I'm 40 yrs old. How dare you?
