Well! Here I am a prisoner of Pueblo Medical Imaging, I was referred here by my orthopedic doctor. I'm can only guess they have a contact with this company. Well I had an appointment last week. But I never received any notification from Pueblo. You know that thing where a business sends you text messages and emails to remind you. I rescheduled and wrote down my appointment. It was for ten o'clock on April 24th. I arrived early and checked in. I was told that my appointment wasn't till 11:30. I asked why my appointment was a different time than from what I was told on the phone. I never got an answer. At 11:45 I was told that Pueblo had not received approval from my insurance. I asked why they had not gotten approval prior to scheduling my appointment. I was told that Pueblo schedules the appointment prior to receiving the approval. This seems backwards to me, as I'm sure it does to everyone. If you can avoid this business please do so. I have to stay for my rescheduled appointment which is now 12:30. And I can't leave because my follow up appointment with the orthopedic doctor is two days from now.
