Was recommended to try out Evolve from two of my pals, after I was having some back issues. So I decided to check it out, and boy am I happy I chose here.
From the moment I walked in the door, the team at Evolve were incredibly kind and super thoughtful. One of my biggest fears going to a clinic like this (as a plus-size person) is that my body would be brought up as the cause of my issues. I had booked an appointment with Brendan Pynenburg, who listened to me and what my issues with. Did a full assessment and really put my needs (as a patient) first. He gave me suggestions based on my abilities for my body and made a plan for how I could get my back issues fixed.
After the first night, I immediately felt better just from his helping hands. But almost every single day, I've been putting into practice the helpful tips and exercises that Brendan has given me. I'm super thankful to him and the rest of the team for their work.
