We used to shop at Bedrosian"s all the time. They have a great selection. This year we're remodeling, and this was our first stop. The customer service was sub par at best. We were told one thing, and return the next day, and be told a totally different thing on inventory, price, etc. One of the sales people was complaining to us how tired she was, and said if she doesn't know the answer, she just says anything to the customer. She's telling us this as we're thinking of buying a lot of tile, granite etc. After she misquoted us on granite by $1000, we decided to take our business elsewhere. We went to Floors and Decor where we couldn't have asked for better customer service. You've lost us Bedrosian's.
