Man does this place suck... We use this place all the time for work and the last two times we've gone here the customer service is a joke. I went here yesterday to get some bin storage and there was not a single employee around. I had to walk to the customer service desk and asked the nice lady if I could get someone to help me in the tool department. She looked at me funny and said she'll send someone right over... well my boss and I stood around for 15 minuets. I then went up the the self check out guy and asked him if I could get some help in the tool department. he told me he would send some one over.. after another ten minutes still know one. I finally saw an employee and asked if he could get down some boxes for me. He told me to hold on he'll be right there. We finally got our boxes and left..
Went in today thinking yesterday was just a busy day.. boy was I wrong. Friendly employees poor customer service poor and now checkout POOR... the self check out lady was so bad I was dumbfounded. We scanned our item but happen to scan it twice. So we looked up and make eye contact with the girl that was running the customer service desk to tell her we made a mistake. But she wasn't having it because she was to busy talking to her co worker. So we then pressed the call for attended and it took her awhile to notice us. And she took right at us and said "What's up" Really Home Depot this is how you guys train your employees... unbelievably. If you want to waste your time come here..
