Mike did a great job with my computer! He was able to update my ten year old computer with the latest Mac OS software and 8 gigs of ram which has it running as fast as a brand new Mac! I'm glad that I put a little money into my computer instead of spending $1500 on something else. Mike communicated throughout the process, was up front with the cost and his N.Y. friendly attitude makes the process that much more fun.
