Wow. I first called today to see how long the wait would be to fix my broken iPhone but no one answers. So I just went to the store anyways. I signed the papers, gave my alternate number and email and was told they'd go get the screen replacement and it would be two hours. I show up two hours later and my phone was not fixed. They asked me to come back on Monday. The employee said they were trying to avoid driving to the other side of town to get the part from another location. I'm sorry but I prepaid you to fix my iPhone. The least you could have done was call my alternate number to let me know, send me an email, or do your job and get the part. As the store, you should ensure the part is available before you give a time frame and have the customer leave the store. So rude and unprofessional. If it takes you time to drive across the town, then do it. Don't ask me to come back during the work week when I am working so you can then fix my phone. Do it the first time. I only chose this place based on the 5 star reviews it had. I was deceived. Avoid this place at all costs.
