I normally take my pups to this place for grooming and until this past weekend I really liked their customer service. Last Saturday I took them there and the receptionist called me at 3:50pm saying they close at 4pm and I had to pick them up. She said they called me at 2:00pm which that never happened. I had to rush through traffic to then have to deal with her bad attitude saying they have told me before they close at 4pm which was another lie. I got home and noticed they removed both of their $80 flea collars and didn't give them back to me. I called today and the same woman called me back and left me a voicemail saying they didn't take the collars off. Clearly they do not take ownership for their mistakes and a $60 dollars service ended up costing me $220 because I had to buy new collars for them. Bad attitude, bad service, no ownership, no apology... very disappointing... I do not recommend this place.
