Horrible customer service. The first time it happened, I brushed it off as just that one kid being rude. But now it seems like every single time I go, whether it's the drive thru or dine in or whatever time of day, these people are RUDE! You drive up to the window and they don't say anything to u, just hand out for the money, then when you get to the 2nd window, the person doesn't come to the window for at least 5 min. Now, 5 min wouldn't be a long time if someone would at least poke their head out and let me know what's going on. I shouldn't have to listen to how you went out last night and now u are tired (all while the window is closed) and I just drove through to pick up a quick breakfast food and coffee before work. I have yet to have a good experience here, but I guess I like punishment and convenience, because I keep going back.
