I pre-paid for a year of service and my yard is worse than it was a year ago. Just to try to speak to a local representative, I have to call an 800 number and explain the issue to a customer service rep who will "pass along my info" to my technician then the technician is supposed to return the call within 48 hours - guess what? they never call back. In addition, after 10 months of treatment they started billing me again. When I called, figuring it was a billing mistake, I was told it was not a mistake - my service contract was up! I owed $58. I've since found out that TruGreen no longer uses commercial products since they bought out Scotts two years ago. You'd be better off treating your yard yourself vs. using TruGreen. Whatever you do: Do not use this company.
