DONT LET THE LOCATION & THE DECOR FOOL YOU!!! When i walked in i was instantly amazed because it is a very gorgeous salon...when i walked in an stood at the counter for about 10mins NO ONE greeted me duiring tht time( but i ignored it because it was a saturday and they were KIND OF busy) then when i sat down they offered me a drink (and then they redeemed themselves for the wait) after my technician offered tht she NEVER said another word to me other thn how much my total came too.. My nails were OK the paint job was sloppy so generally because i try to handle a situation then and there and explained to her that i didnt like the paint job so she took it off and i gave her another shot... The 2nd time was just as bad but at this point i had to leave.... So about 2 months later i figured " maybe i just had" tht bad tech"... We'll just say that was my last time i been there... Fyi they do more talking then working, eating in front of customers... This location is too nice to be so unprofessional!
