Would not use Public Storage again after the first day. I contacted Public Storage on the phone to enquire about parking for about 25 days for my popup camper. I was on a road trip but had to leave for 3 weeks for business. They quoted me $21 dollars for the first month then $65 from them on. After I parked my popup in my space we started the paperwork. That was my first mistake. They said that their billing cycle starts on the 1st of the month. So that 30 days I thought I had was actually only 6 days. But they said they will prorate my first month of $21 to $11 dollars! I'm not sure how their math works but $21/30days = .70 cents a day or $4.20 for 6 days. Then I got charged a one time $25 move in fee and the next months rent was due on the 1st of next month so I had to pay it now or it would become due on the 1st of next month. Not to mention the paperwork I had to sign basically cleared them of any and all liability. To sum it up DO NOT USE Public Storage. They will hit you with fees out of nowhere. The only place I've been to where a month is 6 days. I would give them 1 star but the lady working the front desk was trying to be as helpful as she could.
