I was a homeowner that hired Desert Wide Properties to manage our rental in South Tempe and not only were they usually inattentive to my inquiries about our property status and the current renters, but the office staff was routinely rude to me.
Uh....I'M profit, YOU'RE overhead, better get that straight right away, DWP.
But it doesn't matter because when I told my husband how snotty they were being to me he fired them and we stitched the management to Mosaic instead. Never had a problem after that! ;)
Moral of this story? Better teach your employees to watch their snotty mouths when dealing with customers; both the tenants AND the owners.
