Their customer service sucks! Product is usually good and expensive. But you can't complain about the cost as this is not a necessity of life. If you want it you pay for it. If you don't like the price, don't buy it. Ricardo at Lake Mead is very helpful and accommodating. If you are able to get out that way, go there!
