This was a hard trail for me! But it was worth it! Come early otherwise it'll get too hot. Make sure to wear pants and if possible a long sleeve shirt. There's some steep places where the only way down/up is by grabbing onto some rope and hoping you don't fall to your death lol you'll get pretty scratched up if you're wearing shorts. I'm pretty short so I'm glad I had someone else with me to give me a boost or help pull me up. Going there was a lot easier than coming back for me, I had to take a lot breaks. The views are amazing though. We saw about 3 hot springs and at the end is the Colorado river. We spent a good break and ate snacks there. The way back is a lot of work. It's all uphill and carrying your whole body weight while climbing the ropes. Oh yeah it's a good idea to have hiking/nonslip shoes and gloves as well. I didn't mind using my bare hands though. Overall it took us about 4.5 hours to complete.
