Dropped my car off for an alignment. Got a call that the camber is out of adjustment but it is not adjustable. I reminded him that with a Cambolt that you can purchase at any auto parts store, you can easily adjust camber. He said it doesn't need it. I picked it up. The car drives worse then when I dropped it off. I called in and told them about it. They told me to drop it off Sat morning. I did, they had no idea I was coming. They called a little later and said my RF tire was low, causing the pull. That is a straight up lie. Lie #2 from this place. Before dropping it off I came directly from the tire store where the air was just checked and sensors programmed. I looked at the pressures myself. He stated we now should do the cam bolt and correct the camber. (Which wasn't possible the weekend before?!?!) He said it would be an additional charge now even though I paid for the warranty. Plus they weren't able to do it right away due to the parts not being available. I stated I will have to pick it up and drop it off next weekend beings I needed it. When I got there to pick it up, the guy had the parts in his hand. I said " I thought the parts weren't available??" He said " they were too busy to do it". Lie #3. I took the car and left. Also, when I checked the pressure, the tires were lower than when I dropped it off. I will not be going back. No wonder why all of these Sears stores are closing. I will be spreading the word so no one else has to deal with these idiots. I hope people read reviews before they go here. Save them a lot of time, money, and headaches.
