I have never experienced anything like this before. The customer service in this place... well... there wasn't any. I dealt with a particular associate named Angela who was not only unhelpful, but downright rude. I had a simple question and instead of kindly helping me, she acted as if I was an annoyance and spoke to me as if I were a child. It would greatly benefit this company to inform their workers that the customers are the ones that provide the money to keep the business running - it pays (literally) to treat them nicely! However, upon speaking to a manager, he took the side of the associate and refused to help me. I was so shocked and appalled that I didn't even know how to respond. It seems this problem lies not with a single individual but with the entire company, from sales to management. Although I like some of their styles, I wouldn't touch this place with a ten-foot pole. At the end of the day, I'll take my dignity as a customer over a pair of Oliver Peoples glasses.
