I recently had a haircut/balayage at Classic as I wanted to do something a little different than the traditional highlights I've gotten for many years. This salon had great yelp reviews so I figured I couldn't go wrong. I had asked for an ash/beige blonde tone as my hair had become brassy/yellow from a box dye job I had done myself. The color turned out great and I was really happy with it. However, not even two weeks later, that great ash tone was gone and my hair looked brassy again despite the fact that I was maintaining it as directed (purple shampoo). So I called and spoke to the stylist who asked me to come in so she could look at it. I went in and she and another girl looked at it and basically said it was fine and that I should keep using the purple shampoo. She also said that I could come back and have a toner put in but I would have to pay for that plus a blow dry. I have continued to maintain it as directed but no change. The color is definitely way different and I am just very disappointed by the fact that I spent so much money and the color did not last long at all. I will not be back.
