I had a great experience at the Dyson Service Center today. I was met by a very friendly, knowledgeable technician who promptly asked me a few key diagnostic questions which ultimately led him to detect the issue I was having with my vacuum. He didn't hesitate to take my machine into the back where he fixed it on the spot. Furthermore, he went on to explain possible issues to be careful of in order to avoid potential problems that I could face in the future. To top it all off, not only was there no charge, but he also carried the vacuum outside and put it back in my trunk for me. I left extremely pleased!! I went straight home to test out my newly fixed dyson, and I am happy to say that it is back to working like a champ, once again! I will absolutely recommend the Dyson Service Center and I am thankful that they were referred to me by a happy client!
