The worst customer service we have dealt with. Be very cautious about ordering any Blinds from this Lowe's location. They outsource everything and don't stand behind their name or service. We are still dealing with an installation company that broke some of the hardware and did a very sloppy job with ours. Lowe's could care less and we have tried going to the Manager to no avail. Lowe's blames everything on their outsourced company but do nothing about it to get resolution.
Spent $2000 for a heap of junk that Lowe's does not stand behind. They have lost all my respect but it won end here.
