i was really afraid of this place after i read all the reviews on here but when we actually went, it wasn't too bad. we even got a free upgrade. the room was all done up in mustard yellow like it was stuck in the 60s and the maid didn't bother putting the pillows back after she made up the bed but overall, it wasn't too bad at all. maybe because we basically only slept there. the elevators are really slow, esp on sunday when everyone is checking out but there are several sets of elevators in different locations, not just the 4 main ones (these tend to be super slow). I thought the casino was entertaining since there are "dealentertainers", people who deal at the card tables and then every 15 minutes get up on a little stage and lip sync to a song as a celebrity. it's kind of fun trying to guess who they are supposed to be since sometimes it takes a wild stretch of imagination. overall, not horrible but for about $40 more, you can stay at a nicer place like the Monte Carlo or MGM Grand.
