Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, The worst financing company I have ever worked with in my entire life. I have a car loan with them. I asked them to defer one payment on my car loan which you are supposed to be able to do once per year for certain reasons. I received an authorization number to do this and then they denied the request due to some paperwork that was not turned in??? I NEVER had this issue with CHASE. I spoke to the presidents office who was supposed to take care of this issue and it was never taken care of at all. So NOW I have it turned into my credit union WITH a $125 fee on top of it. WHO DOES THIS TO CUSTOMERS???????????
