I'm not even giving this dealership one star(but it wouldn't let me post without a star). They are the shadiest!!!!! My husband and I went yesterday to look at Toyota Siennas. The salesman helped us find a vehicle we liked. The internet price was $39,500 for the XLE we found. We negotiated down to $38,000. They even came back and said we are gonna GIVE you a six year warranty, gap coverage and oil changes for 3 years. Ok. It all sounded great. Right. We went in to sign papers after they took a $3,000. down payment from my husband to lock in the zero percent financing. That's when we go in to sign the final papers. The guy we were signing with took his time going over all the other options we could add if we wanted, but when it came to the final contract that's when he started rushing through to the bottom. Well the $38,000. is now $48,000. They charged us $2995, for a three year additional warranty(which I've never paid more than $1200. For any car), $1400. for two years of Oil changes (who pays for $1400. For oil changes?) and $895 for gap coverage(which I can get way cheaper through my insurance company). $500 is document fees. And I'm pretty sure there were other charges which I didn't get time to write down. When I questioned all of these charges the guy then tells me - you didn't think you could get a $45,000. car for $38,000 without them making some money off of something do you? right? Outrageous!!! We argued about all the charges for a while, waited forever to get our deposit back and headed out the dealership. They of course, parked the car we wanted to buy right behind where we parked. I've bought a lot of vehicles from Friendly Ford over the years. Never, I mean Never have we ever dealt with anything like this!!!! They never try to sneak in additional charges, fees and services without our consent. They tried to make it sound like they were giving it to us for free until we went to sign the papers. I really wanted a Toyota Sienna minivan but now I don't even think I want anything to do with Toyota period!!! After reading all the negative reviews about this dealership and their service department on Yelp I am totally turned off. Done!!!
