Horrible customer service. Could have caused me to go into collections because of their mess up. Did not apologize or act concerned at all when I raised this concern with them.
We bought a sectional from here. Instead of using cash, we went with the credit option for financing. We filled out the paper and were told we'd get our first piece of mail a month out. It has been two months and I called them concerned I hadn't gotten any info from the credit company. They gave me the number to the credit company and once I got an agent, I found out I was past due on one month, next payment was set to be due in a week. Since I hadn't received any mail, phone calls, or emails, they pushed the date back two months and cancelled the unpaid months. The reason all of this happened? LV Sofa Factory staff typed EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY NUMBERS IN INCORRECTLY. My phone number was two digits off, my address three numbers off, and my email/name/personal info, all mistyped.
I called back to let them know, and the woman I spoke to was passive, indifferent, and tried to blame me for it. I have had the same phone number for 14 years, I definitely did not write it wrong. They need to come up with a better system, however, it does not seem like they will be doing anything to change it.
