Absolutely love Dr Chen-Tsai! She's always very friendly, upbeat and easy to talk to. I had not been in for about 2 years, from when she removed a little mole from my chin. I have no scar on my chin, in fact I forgot about that dumb mole until I recently saw her again. She's very knowledgeable and eager to help. She doesn't make you feel like she's in a rush, she takes her time and talks with you. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a doctor who will not rush you and who does a fantastic job. Wonderful bedside manner and always writes everything down for you as she explains. Her staff is also very nice and pleasant which for me makes a big difference on whether I'll continue to see a Doctor or not. The new building may be older but who cares because of the excellent care you receive.
