If I could give NO STARS I would. Happened to be in the area and was jonesing for a Starbucks and knew this location was there. There was a slight line at the drive-thru (3 cars ahead of me) but usually, at any location I've gone to, it moves pretty quick. NOT THIS ONE! OMG! I believe the car in front of me was having social hour with the barista taking the order. Nice, not. Anyway, after waiting at least 3 minutes for them to place their order it was our turn. We ordered just one drink and wound up sitting in drive-thru line for, I kid you not, 16 minutes from time we got into line to the time got to window. And much to my dismay, when the car in front of us got to the window, social hour continued. They ordered one, count 'em, one drink and a loaf slice. The only redeeming thing about this visit was the fact that my drink was ready when I got to the window. Oh yeah, I forgot to let you know when the barista asked what I would like I told her my order, she said hold on a minute, so I waited about two, then she came back on and asked what it was I wanted. REALLY? SERIOUSLY? WOW! Anyway, the order was for a s'mores frappaccino with no whip on top. I guess they decided that I didn't want the whip in the bottom either (which I wanted it or I would have said no whip on the bottom) and barely drizzled the chocolate inside. Used to go to this location quite a bit when I lived in Goodyear, haven't been for some time and I can say that I will never go back based upon the service today.
