Salesman Brent Clark went above and beyond servicing us by taking the time to go get THREE log sets, PLUS the Napoleon set we had at home, getting a
Napoleon fireplace brought out, and allowing us to display four different set ups in their fireplace so we could visually see the difference.He also went and got different rock samples. We ended up going with our original Napoleon set but added 6 more rocks, which Brent gave us for free. Where do you get service like that in this day and age without even making a sale? That is superb customer service. I was highly impressed. What a great guy that Brent Clark is. I would recommend you give Arizona Fireplace a try after you have done your homework. Hard to find....Hard to Beat.
