reading the reviews and thinking: "maybe there are two SM stores in fashion show mall?". I live in Vegas partly, so I go shopping pretty often, and sometimes I check this store also. My review based on more than a few visits.
Every time I'm shocked by staff's attitude. I would describe it as "polite". They are not rude, they just don't care.
One time I wanted to try 2-3 models. My size is 8.5. She brought 7 for all of them. I clearly said my size. It's just this neglect mood.
Last time I was there, the music was extremely loud. I asked if it's possible to turn down the sound, the girl said "no". In about 10 min i asked again. I was already overwhelmed by this party/club shopping. She said she didn't control the sound.
But nobody else was in the store. That's kind of ridiculous.
That day I still got what I needed, but after that I go other places, fortunately there are plenty locations to choose from.
