You might has well just gamble your money in vegas and pawn your other stuff then dealing with this company. They will not receive your letter or cancel your system. Found out our system was not even being monitored due to some issues in the line. Customer service is a joke. Go with well branded name and really PROTECT your loved ones and valuables. Sting loves playing games. Our contract went to 3 years! I don't even know how!! Haha Well atleast now I am protected by switching out of sting. BE AWARE! Specially customer service! They all play the same game together and make you go in circles.
