Attended a private function after closing time today. After our group dinner, we had access to two buildings- the Transalta Rain Forest and the African Savannah. We saw quite a bit of animals such as apes, crocs, bats, snakes, gigantic hippos,an amazing giraffe, etc. The exhibits we saw were well maintained and the animals were easily visible. There were quite a bit of peacocks strutting their stuff around the grounds. The zoo seemed very nice, but unfortunately we just saw these two exhibits.
