One star is generous. Stopped in to pick up balloons. It was shortly after they opened in the morning. Stood by a sign at the counter that said "Place order here". The sign is in front of where they blow up balloons at the counter near the register. I was there for 10 -15 minutes without any acknowledgment. They were less than 8 feet away. The manager (lady) and another employee were busy chit chatting and blowing up balloons. She kept having ripped balloons and switched to a different tank. They talked about Steve coming back on Tuesday. She was going to give Steve a hard time for being gone. Line started at the register, about five people or so. The employee went to the register to start ringing people up. The manager finally made a comment to me. She told me I had to get in line to order my balloons. I had been waiting there before there was a line at the register. If they would have just greeted me at the counter, everything would have been different. She could have said 'Hi, if you're ready order your balloons go to the register, (10 feet away). The only reason I waited and didn't say anything sooner is that I thought they were working on balloon preorders. This was my second and last bad experience here.
