When we checked in at 320pm they told us their computers were down and cant check us in for about 45 min. The first room they checked us into had a broken fridge. So they moved us from the 1st floor to the 2nd to find out the next room hadn't been cleaned by housekeeping from the previous guest. So we then had to change the room for the 3rd time. The room was nice and exactly as described. Also came to find out the jacuzzi was broken and when we asked the front desk, they were clueless.
