Worst company ever! They were sent to fix my washer by American Home Shield. The 1st guy said we needed a new transmission and parts had to be ordered. That took a week and when he cam here he had a few small parts. He replaced them said it was fixed and left. An hour later I call the company because it wasn't fixed. I said they needed to send him back that same day since I had been without a washer for a week. No can do they said and we had to stay home all Saturday waiting for him. Only for him to tell us that more parts needed to be ordered. I could go on but not worth it. Everything negative anyone else has said is true. Amy the office manager never there, girls who answer the phone no clue etc.
I told AHS never to send these people to me again. My husband said Mac seemed nice but after all the waiting I'm not sure who's fault this all was.
