My wife bought me a lens here for my birthday only to find out they "price match" B&H photo in NYC. That basically means the $270 she paid for the lens should have been $210. When she called the sales guy the next day he got all pissy with her. To make a long story short he said some stuff he shouldn't have and my wife posted a complain on Twitter. A Vistek rep responded quickly and ultimately the sales guy apologized and Vistek offered up a credit to the lens as a show of good faith. So Vistek screwed up, and Vistek tried to make up for it. Bottom line, is other reviews indicate there seems to be conflicting opinions about the level of customer service at this place, and it's probably based on who you actually deal with. I recommend that anyone who visits this store look up what they are buying on B&H photo first, then see if Vistek will price match it before you finalize the purchase. You might save some money. r
