This place was recommended to me by a friend because of their melt in your mouth chashu pork (which did not disappoint). We already knew that the parking lot is tight and usually pretty crowded, so we parked in the lot across the street, and walked over. The restaurant is also very small, 9 seats at the bar and maybe 6 or so tables. The menu is simple. Handful of different types of ramen soups, toppings, misc bowls, and appetizers. We ordered some gyoza to start which was good but nothing special. My mom and I ordered the spicy tonkotsu ramen with nitamago egg and extra chashu pork. It came out quickly. The broth was a bit too thick for my liking and the noodles too thin. The chashu pork was definitely the highlight of the dish. It really does just melt in your mouth. My little brother ordered the shoyu ramen which came with thicker noodles that I would've preferred. He said it was good but pretty salty. Overall we enjoyed our meal but weren't blown away by any means. The two star rating is because later that evening my mom and I both got sick to our stomachs. My brother was fine, so we think it may have had something to do with our tonkotsu soups. I probably would pass on this place in the future or at least on the spicy tonkotsu ramen.
