Our homes hasn't even been started yet. we have been lied to over and over again. We tried working with them thru some thing but then more and more lies start coming. When we try to contact them they never respond and when they finally do they try to dodge our questions. We finally decide to pull out and get our earnest money back. After being promised to get it back in 3 weeks they then say they won't be giving it back. Still nothing is complete not even permits. And they refuse to give us our money back. They ask us what our legal reason is and we tell them that everything they told us was misleading or a lie and that they have lied the whole time but they still refuse to give us any money back.
Any buyer considering this builder please beware cuz it's some the worst service I have ever gotten even my agent says this is the worst they have seen in their entire career
