If I can give them negative stars I would. They are a horrible bank, very bad customer service half of the time they assume their answers until you get a supervisor by them you are so done with them. Tried to dispute to fraud charges on my account and they're telling me I have to send it in writing what century is this bank from!!!!
Fraud should be disputed online or on the telephone right away you don't just write letters and you mail them while fraud continues on the account.
This bank is a true definition of horrible institution.
