I saw a deal for One and Only Smile listed on Groupon but when I went to their website, the same price was offered. I made an appointment online for the same day and received a confirmation email within minutes. I drove over an hour to the office but when I arrived (early by the way) the office door was locked and the lights were off. I called the office number several times but did not get an answer. Later that evening, the owner called me back and said that she was actually on vacation for the next 2 weeks! I explained to her that Iibooked the appointment and drove over an hour to the office (through bad weather) only to find no one there. She offered a weak apology until I said that I would write a yelp review. She then offered a free treatment but when I emailed her to schedule the appointment like she asked, she ignored the email for a week and then said couldn't accommodate me as requested. I would not recommend this place as it uses deceptive advertising (Groupon deal is the regular price) and is unprofessional (scheduling problems, unresponsive).
