First, Sarah in the Bell Service was fantastic! That is the ONLY positive comment I have for this hotel. It started when I called to ask what the latest time I could check-in and asked what time check-in/checkout time was. I was told by reservations it was 3:00pm for check-in, and noon for check-out. When we got here, we were told "reservations didn't know what they were talking about!" We get to our room, our reservation was for a king, and we have 2 queens. I called the front desk and was told they were completely booked for the night, and this is only a request, not a guarantee so they couldn't do anythi! I paid more for a king!
