Came in for an oil change on a mystery shopping assignment. Guess corporate is checking into the quality of service provided. Good thing they are, because I was simply dumbfounded at how badly they failed.
I booked appointment..... on a Monday evening... it was deserted. I then waited in waiting room for 40 minutes while I watched the mechanic slowly eat his dinner and play with his phone.... right in front of me. Eventually he went and got my car, and continued to eat his dinner while working on my car. Paying close attention... the mechanic did not perform any of his checks (lights, tires, etc), even though I know my tires were showing low. After 90 minutes my car was returned to me and the bill was presented.
So... takes about 70 minutes longer than a drive through oil change, even when you book appointment... costs more $....they perform none of the checks they said they did. There were black smudges all over my hood, my door handle, and my car seat was moved so far forward I couldn't even get in my car. My kilometre oil change indicator was not reset (had to do it myself when I got home), and there was basically no customer service at all. Not even a thank you for business or an apology for the ridiculous wait time.
Bottom line.. take your car somewhere else for better service, better pricing, better customer service.
Fail.
