The office staff here sucks! All they have is the "we don't care, people are waiting to move into here" attitude. Whenever you call the office, it goes to a call center who doesn't know what they're talking about. The call center staff told me they have two 2 bedrooms open available now, so we wasted our time driving from Los Angeles to here to view them because when we walked into the front office and told them we had an appointment some chunky 40 year old looking brown haired white lady treated us like complete sh!t and told us "No you don't have an appointment because I don't have any openings for another 10 days..." Completely rude and not the way you handle what maybe your future tenants. On another note the call center and the actual property need to get on the same page when it comes to telling clients they have an openings and making them drive all the way here. I want my gas money reimbursed. Unfortunately they can't give me back my time. Leave Vintage at the lakes alone.
