I generally avoid reviewing chains, but my experience at this Blueberry Hill was bad enough that I felt it would be a disservice to my fellow Yelpers not to leave a review - especially considering there are nearby Blueberry Hill locations that have much better service. Keep in mind this was at 11:30am on a weekday when the place was half empty: - waited nearly 10 minutes to be seated despite only one party in front of us and tons of empty tables - waited more than 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order (we were ready to order food, but he told us he couldn't take food orders and would get someone) - waited another 10 minutes before we were able to flag down someone else to take our food order - waited nearly 40 minutes more for our food to arrive To top it off, our order was messed up in multiple ways (wrong type of toast, eggs cooked wrong, missing hash browns), and when we asked to complain to a manager, we were left waiting long enough that we just decided to pay the bill and leave. The only possible explanation I can have for my experience is that servers and staff here are not trained well and management just doesn't care. It's a real shame, as I generally prefer the food at Blueberry Hill to other chains.
