This was our sixth visit and thought it was time for a review. On previous visits the fish special and sides have been......OUTSTANDING! Last night I enjoyed the Red Fish special. Despite a small portion, the fish was seasoned perfectly, moist and full of flavor. The entree included fried green tomatoes which were crisp and tasty. My other side, the collard greens were.......Amazing! Service was very good, as usual. On previous visits, Etouffee has been inconsistent based on how busy the CYD is on that particular night. When the house is full my four stars can slip to just two. Sides never disappoint with the Jalapeno Deviled Eggs and Smothered Cabbage joining the greens as a must try! Last night, before 6:00, was a five star experience!
1/14/17 Tried the fried chicken and it was some of the best I ever eaten! Crispy and well breaded while remaking very juicy. These guys know what their doing when it come to their chicken! And the side......see the comments above.
