Mediocre Made-in-China items you can find most places, cheaper. Mostly indifferent staff who don't seem eager to help. When I asked for a Manager after being treated rudely by an employee, I was "greeted" by an even ruder Store Manager! Guess it's a trickle-down attitude... Lots of choices here, but all meh. Would rather go to a smaller, family-owned place (Valley Lighting for example...or Hacienda Lighting) where I'll get personal AND pleasant service, not to mention better quality! Sometimes, you DO get what you pay for....and in Lamps Plus' case, you don't get much!
