Roland is amazing. I woke up in the middle of the night to my gas stove ignitor firing. I shut off the circuit breaker but the ignitor kept clicking. I did a quick search for 24 hour electricians in Vegas and 24/7 Electrical was the first listing. I called and they answered immediately. They were extremely friendly. I explained my situation and they immediately dispatched a serviceman to fix the issue.
Roland showed up shortly after we got off the phone. He checked the out the stove, opened the top and was able to stop the clicking by unplugging the stove. He found that the ignition plate was damp, and that was causing the clicking. He recommended keeping it unplugged over night, and waiting for the ignition plate to dry. I was happy he was able to stop the clicking and my gas stove wasn't going to explode.
When I asked him how much I owed, he said, don't worry about it, I'm not going to charge you for unplugging your stove. I was floored. These guys have earned my business for life. I had some other questions about electrical work for our pool pump and Roland walked out back and checked everything out and proceeded to provide me with the contact info for another company that could help out, mind you this was 4am in the morning and he was more than happy to be of assistance.
After he checked everything out, I made sure to ask for his card, turns out the serviceman who was so incredibly helpful, is also the owner. This was the absolute best customer experience i have EVER had. I will go out of my way to refer people to 24/7 Electrical. As a new homeowner, things are going to break, or go haywire, and it's great knowing that my wife and I now have our go to electrician.
