According to my husband he ordered me flowers over the phone and the person taking the order barely spoke English. So it was no surprise that our address was butchered. When the flowers were to be delivered, no address existed...it wasn't even close! Good thing I picked up and was home when they called for the correct address (and a gate code the driver didn't have). All was good when they delivered them. When I called my husband to thank him and tell him about the address mix up that's when he told me about the person who took his order having a hard time understanding him. I hung up and sent him a picture of the flowers. He then called me back to ask if I had gotten more than just that one set of flowers. I said no. Turns out that only 1 of the 3 things he ordered had been delivered. I've experienced this from other companies before, meaning the receiving person just thanks the sender but never knows exactly what was actually purchased. So I wonder if we would of ever received the other 2 things had my husband not called them to let them know they screwed up. The next day I get a call from the delivery person who needed a gate code (again). I gave it to him but then said no one was home to accept the delivery. He asked if he could leave them on the doorstep and I asked if he could return when I'm home. His response was that they had already been there yesterday and for someone to come back a third time when I was home he needed to get approval from his manager. Yes, they were there the day before but with only 1/3 of the order! I said never mind, just leave them on the doorstep. The flowers were nice but we will never use company again...too much hassle!!!
