Awesome service from Mike at the front desk.
I had an appointment at 1pm for an oil change and some other work, and they started working on it a while later (I think around 1:45?) so it took a while to get started but they had a few cars here before me. He also offered the bar next door to grab some food or a drink while I waited.
After about 35 minutes Mike came back and told me that everything was great, except that my oil pan was leaking and needed replacing. He asked the mechanic for a time estimate and even looked up the price for me - but there was no pressure to purchase anything right away, and he said he'd write the info I needed on my receipt. So it took a while to get started but everything after went by quickly.
Overall awesome service! Will be back.
